With full support and endorsement by the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America) and The Venture Center\, Finovate’s 2020 Accelerator of the Year\, the fund serves the community banking ecosystem through strategic investments\, education and collaboration with its limited partners. Prior to Operate he was COO at Aspiration\, the leading “consumer financial firm with a conscience\,” where he led the firm’s growth from 20 to 200 people and the build out of infrastructure and approval as a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer. This year we are dividing the annual event into two separate showcases to provide the best experience for Life Science and Deep Tech startups. \n\n\n\nEach startup will present a 3-minute quick pitch followed by 9 minutes of Q&A led by a panel of leading investors\, corporates\, and subject matter experts who will provide invaluable insights and access to capital. He also served as the Executive Medical Director of the Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute\, where he held the Sandi and Ron Simon Endowed Chair\, helping Hoag transform health care strategy\, focusing it on specific health conditions using a program driven\, physician led\, multi-disciplinary team approach\, measured by patient focused outcomes. \nDr. Brant-Zawadzki has a BA from Stanford\, and earned his MD from the University of Cincinnati\, graduating first in his class. He trained in diagnostic radiology and in interventional neuroradiology at Stanford. He spent six years in the Department of Radiology at UCSF\, he also held an Adjunct Professorship at Stanford until 2023.
